Brahimi

Fenerbahce have offered Porto winger Yacine Brahimi a €3million a year deal to move to Turkey, according to Estadio Deportivo.

The Seville based newspaper reports the Algerian will get £50,000 a week, excluding bonuses plus a €3m (£2.64m) signing-on fee.

Brahimi is believed to be thinking over the offer, with West Ham and Real Betis the Algerian international’s two other major suitors.

The 29-year-old is available on a free transfer this summer when his contract at Porto expires, and the midfielder is said to be interested in moving to the Premier League or La Liga.

Whether Fenerbahce’s lucrative contract offer will persuade Brahimi into moving to the Turkish club instead, we shall have to wait and see.

The winger was a regular for Porto last season, playing 48 games in all competitions, scoring 13 goals and providing nine assists.

Brahimi generally plays on the left wing but has also been utilised in more central areas during his career.
