West Ham and Sevilla are both interested in signing Inter Milan forward Alexis Sanchez, according to reports. The former Arsenal and Manchester United player could be offloaded by the Serie A champions this summer due to their financial problems.
The Chilean international has not had a bad season, having scored seven goals and contributed eight assists in 38 appearances, despite not being a regular starter for the Nerazzurri.
However, with Sanchez now 32 years of age, fans on Twitter think the player’s best days are behind him, and the Hammers shouldn’t be considering bringing him back to the Premier League:
Why would we want him?

I honestly feel like Alexis Sanchez wouldnt bring any value. Giroud would be the right fit for the team!

There have been no links from sources in the UK regarding West Ham’s interest in Sanchez, so it’s probably best to treat these claims with a large pinch of salt.
Sanchez really isn’t the kind of signing that manager David Moyes is said to be keen on anyway, with the Irons boss looking at younger players who have room to develop in the future.
