West Ham are considering offering Jordan Hugill in exchange for QPR attacking midfielder Eberechi Eze, according to reports in the UK.
Hugill is currently on loan at Loftus Road but the Championship side won’t be able to afford to sign him on a permanent basis.
However, with the Hammers keen on Eze, a straight player swap could well happen. Supporters on Twitter think such a deal would be a fantastic piece of business:

No…. but player power plus if he wants a move to the prem and he only has one year left on his contract before they can’t command a penny for him- they may not have a choice

That’s more like the moves we should be going for

That’s more like a deal that’s got some legs rather than all the other fantasy buys I’ve seen lately. I’d be happy with that to be fair.

Although Eze would usually be valued at a price much higher than Hugill, the 21-year-old is heading into the final year of his contract at QPR.
With that being the case, West Ham could yet seal a deal for the midfielder if they include Hugill plus a small amount of cash for the exchange to be accepted.
Signing Eze would be seen as a tremendous coup with the likes of Arsenal, Tottenham, Chelsea, Newcastle, Leicester City, Sheffield United, Southampton and Crystal Palace also said to be watching the player.
