ExWHUEmployee Confirms That West Ham Will “Try Again” To Recruit 35M Rated Chelsea Star

West Ham are likely to make another attempt to sign Chelsea midfielder Conor Gallagher, according to ExWHUemployee.

Despite the fact that the Hammers are closing in on a deal for Lyon’s Lucas Paqueta, the insider source claims that manager David Moyes will also try to sign Gallagher on loan:

“We still believe the club are interested in a move for Conor Gallagher and will try again for a loan of him from Chelsea or an alternative option from the same club.”

There are now reports that Chelsea may even consider selling Gallagher, with it being suggested that a fee in the region of £35m could be enough to secure the England international’s services.

However, after splashing out on Paqueta, it’s hard to see the Irons forking out a sizeable sum on another player this summer. Whether that means rival Premier League clubs will be favourites for Gallagher’s signature, we shall have to wait and see.

Both Crystal Palace and Newcastle are also believed to be very keen on snapping up the 22-year-old, with the Eagles likely to have the upper hand after the midfielder spent the whole of last season on loan at Selhurst Park.
