Everton V West Ham: Teams News And Betting Odds

West Ham manager Manuel Pellegrini will want his team to bounce back quickly from their disappointing defeat to Crystal Palace before the international break.

Goodison Park is normally a tough place to visit but Everton are in freefall under head coach Marco Silva at the moment. Their last win in the league came against a ten-man Wolves team at the beginning of September.

The Hammers have six players on the sidelines currently. Declan Rice is a doubt due to illness, along with Robert Snodgrass (calf) and Aaron Cresswell (knock).

Lukasz Fabianski has undergone an operation on his hip and will be out for up to three months, while Michail Antonio still has a way to go before making his comeback from a hamstring injury.

Winston Reid’s fitness problems seem to be continuing. He did not feature for the Under 21s against Cheltenham last week as expected.

For the Toffees, Fabian Delph is unlikely to play due to a hamstring injury, while Jean-Philippe Gbamin is out with a thigh problem. Captain Seamus Coleman is suspended after being sent off against Burnley.

The bookmakers have made Everton the favourites and they are currently 10/11 to win with William Hill. A draw is 14/5 at Unibet while a victory for West Ham is 29/10 with Betfair.

Predicted Score – 2-1 to West Ham
