West Ham Weigh Up Move For 72M Ivorian International With 2 Other PL Clubs Also Involved

West Ham, Everton and Leicester are all interested in signing Arsenal winger Nicolas Pepe, according to reports.

The Ivorian international is the Gunners’ record signing, with the London club having paid £72m for the player just under three years ago.

However, Pepe has struggled to make an impact since making the switch to the Emirates and it is believed that Arsenal are ready to cut their losses.

In addition to the three Premier League sides mentioned, La Liga club Sevilla are also said to be keen on the 27-year-old, who is likely to be available for a knockdown price this summer.

Whether the Hammers would actually need someone like Pepe, though, it is doubtful, with manager David Moyes already having Jarrod Bowen who is the undisputed first choice on the right flank.

Pepe can play in other positions, though, and if it turns out that he is also available on loan, it may be something that West Ham consider to strengthen their depth in forward areas.
