West Ham are expected to make a £30m bid for Chelsea striker Armando Broja, according to multiple reports in the UK.
The Albanian international impressed during a loan spell at Southampton last season but his future at Stamford Bridge is far from certain.
Most supporters on Twitter believe the Hammers are making a reasonable offer for Broja, and they are hoping that Chelsea will accept the proposal:
Solid deal for both parties if you ask me

We should walk away if they say no to £30m tbh ! You have to draw the line somewhere!

It's funny as I can't see west ham spending 30m on him

Especially due to them wanting Sterling, £30m would go a lot towards him.

Chelsea twitter will say, 30 M plus Rice

I suspect they’ll want a buyback clause like they have with Livramento.

Think they need the cash to go for sterling

What’s everyone’s thoughts on this? Personally think it’s a gamble 20 year old who scored 6 in 32 games for Southampton at a cost of 30+ million could end up a flop 🤷🏼♂️

Considering the chaos surrounding the changes in Chelsea’s boardroom, it’s hard to know whether the Blues would be amenable to West Ham’s bid.
Co-owner Todd Boehly is now said to be in charge of the day-to-day running of the club, with chairman Bruce Buck having left, and Marina Granovskaia also expected to depart.
If Granovskaia was involved, the deal would likely have been more difficult to negotiate but, with Boehly, things could be different. Fans will have to wait and see how things play out with Broja.
