“It Could Be Them” Robbie Savage Names The Team With The Best Chance Of Breaking Into The Top Four

West Ham have a great chance of breaking into the top four this campaign, according to BBC pundit Robbie Savage.

The likes of Manchester United and Tottenham have had difficult starts to the season and while there are others, such as Leicester and Arsenal, who could be in the frame, Savage believes the Hammers are the best equipped to finish in the Champions League places under manager David Moyes:

“He’s got players playing at the top of their game, just look at Declan Rice. Look at Antonio, the worry would be if he is out for a considerable amount of time. They believe now that they can beat any side. He has done an unbelievable job, and if any team are going to break into the top four, it could be them.”

On current form, there can be no disputing the fact that West Ham are in contention for a top-four finish. Moyes has done a fantastic job, especially as the Irons are also playing in the Europa League.

There are concerns that the squad could run out of steam as the campaign wears on, but that issue could be mitigated by adding numbers during the January transfer window.

A new striker would certainly take the pressure off Michail Antonio while getting another left-back to fill the boots of Aaron Cresswell could also prove to be useful.
