Antonio Named Among PFA Player Of The Month Nominees Along With United, City And Chelsea Stars

West Ham forward Michail Antonio has deservedly been nominated for the PFA Player of the Month award for June and July.

The Hammers star was in scintillating form as the Premier League season came to a close, scoring eight goals and providing one assist in seven games, helping his team to secure their top-flight status.

Antonio will be going up against Manchester United pair, Bruno Fernandes and Anthony Martial, City duo Kevin De Bruyne and Raheem Sterling, as well as Chelsea’s Christian Pulisic for the prize.

Considering the West Ham ace’s consistency last month, you would have to think he is favourite get the award. His four goals against Norwich, combined with crucial strikes versus the likes of Chelsea, Newcastle and Watford made him the London club’s standout performer.
