5 High Profile Players Who Are Available ON LOAN Ahead Of Deadline Day

With deadline day fast approaching, some clubs will be looking at bringing in some potential bargains as teams desperately try to offload some unwanted players.

Last week, we looked at five cheap signings that Premier League clubs could consider ahead of the transfer window closing, and today we will look at loan deals.

The five players we have put on this list are all high-profile players, who could be extremely worthwhile additions if a club takes a chance on snapping them up on a temporary basis.

Press the next page as we go through five stars that Premier League teams could snap up on loan before the window shuts.

Saul Niguez

Reports have emerged in recent days that the Spanish international will be allowed to leave Atletico Madrid on loan, with an option to buy.

Both Manchester United and Chelsea are said to be interested in Niguez but neither team are believed to have made a final decision over whether to sign the player before the transfer deadline.

Phillippe Coutinho

The Italian media claim that Barcelona have offered the former Liverpool player to both Serie A clubs and Premier League teams as they try to reduce their wage bill.

Barca are reportedly prepared to pay half of Coutinho’s £150,000 a week wages, but the 29-year-old is only willing to leave the Camp Nou for a team playing in the Champions League.

Miralem Pjanic

The Bosnian international is another Barcelona player who could leave on loan before the end of the month. He has not featured in a matchday squad so far this season with manager Ronald Koeman describing the situation as “complicated.”

A move back to Italy on loan is the likeliest outcome for Pjanic, with Napoli, Fiorentina and former club Juventus all being linked with the 31-year-old in recent weeks.

Houssem Aouar

The Frenchman was the subject of a sizeable bid from Arsenal last summer, but it is believed no team have come forward with an offer for the player so far this year.

Lyon are said to be unhappy with Aouar’s attitude and they are prepared to let the 22-year-old leave on loan before Tuesday’s deadline. A stark contrast to last season when they were demanding around £45m.

Amad Diallo

Manchester United only signed the promising Ivorian teenager from Atalanta for €40m (£34m) last October but he is not expected to get much first-team football if he stays at Old Trafford this season.

Instead, Diallo will be allowed to leave on loan, with clubs including Crystal Palace, Sheffield United and FC Basel said to be keen on signing him.
