West Ham striker Taty Castellanos has no intention of playing in the Championship for the Hammers, according to Bruno Andrade.
Speaking on ESPN Brasil, the journalist confirmed that the Argentinian international’s intention is to leave the London Stadium in the event that the Hammers are relegated.
Castellanos only moved from Lazio for €29m (£26m) during the January transfer window, but his contract has a clause which means that his salary will be cut in half if Nuno Espirito Santo’s side can’t avoid the drop.
In that scenario, Andrade says the 27-year-old would look to force a move away less than six months after arriving in England.
Castellanos has several suitors
Andrade names Flamengo as a potential destination for the player. Other reports in Brazil have confirmed that the Brazilian Serie A outfit are very keen on securing his services.
Of course, there are already strong lines of communication between West Ham and Flamengo, having negotiated the sale of Lucas Paqueta at the start of this year.
Fulham are also said to be keen on Castellanos, who has scored 6 goals in 21 appearances since making the switch to the Irons.

West Ham would be willing sellers
As long as Flamengo and/or Fulham are prepared to pay reasonable sums for Castellanos, you can’t see the club standing in the forward’s way.
The Argentine was very much a recruit of Nuno’s, and there is every indication that the Portuguese coach will leave IF his team are relegated on the final day.
Dropping down to the Championship would also leave a massive financial black hole that would need to be filled with sales. It is believed that the Hammers may need to raise around £100m from offloading players in the worst-case scenario.
