West Ham forward Luis Guilherme could be used as part of a swap deal with Southampton’s Aaron Ramsdale, according to reports.
Writing on his Patreon, The Sun journalist Alan Nixon has claimed that the Saints want to buy Guilherme this summer.
With Ramsdale said to be of interest to the Hammers, there is the possibility of a player exchange; a scenario which hasn’t been greeted warmly by supporters on X:

Be very very disappointed if Guilherme sold he's definitely got potential and deserves a chance to prove himself

No no no 1000 times NO!!! … Ramsdale is not a better keeper than Areola and Guilherme is one of the few Steidten signings I would want to keep

What does the future hold for Guilherme?
The Brazilian has been used sparingly since his £25.5m move from Palmeiras last summer. It is believed that the teenager did initially struggle to settle in this country.
However, Guilherme has featured more prominently in recent weeks, with head coach Graham Potter having started him against Wolves and then used him off the bench in the three subsequent league fixtures. Even so, the 19-year-old has still only managed to play 133 minutes of football.
West Ham are keen on Ramsdale
Several reports have suggested that the Irons could make a move for Southampton’s No.1. The former Arsenal keeper is expected to be offloaded by the Saints who won’t be able to afford his wages in the Championship.
It is said that Ramsdale could be sold for around £20m, making a straight swap with Guilherme viable. Even so, it appears West Ham fans are very much against such a deal being sanctioned. The England international has also been linked with other teams, including Manchester United.
