West Ham have one of the newest and most up-to-date grounds in the Premier League, with the London Stadium seating 62,500.
Tickets are always in demand and getting hold of them is not always straightforward so, in this guide, we will provide all the information you need for your visit to the stadium for the 2024/25 season.
How to buy West Ham tickets
Due to demand, you may have to purchase tickets several weeks in advance for a game. If you want to buy tickets, you can visit the official ticket page for home matches here.
West Ham aim to have ticket information available up to 5 weeks in advance of any fixture, but it depends on the time of the season you are looking to go and watch the Hammers.
How much do West Ham tickets cost?
Tickets are split into four categories: C, B, A and AA. Adult tickets in Category C cost between £30 (for band 6) and £60 (for band 1966 West).
B category costs between £35 and £90 for an adult, A category varies between £50 and £105 and category AA will cost between £55 and £120.
Over 66, Under 21, Under 18 and accessibility tickets (see below) have lower prices. The full range of ticket prices for each band can be found here.
Can I get a West Ham season ticket?
There is currently a waiting list for season tickets. To get on the ‘Season Ticket Priority List’, adults are required to buy a membership which costs £10.
If you want to become a season ticket holder, you are advised to sign up to the membership here.
What are the differences between the season ticket bands?
Adult season tickets cost between £345 and £1720 depending on where you sit in the London Stadium. The higher the cost, the better the seat you will get. There are eight bands in total:
- Band 6 – these seats are situated right at the top of the second tier at both ends of the stadium
- Band 5 – same as above
- Band 4 – the seats are situated in the second tier at the two ends closest to the goal
- Band 3 – these seats are in the first tier closest to the goal
- Band 2 – the seats are situated in the West and Billy Bonds Stand
- Band 1 – same as above but these are closer to the centre circle.
- 1966 Billy Bonds Stand – this is premium seating in the aforementioned stand
- 1966 West – this is premium seating in the aforementioned stand
Prices for Over 66/Under 21s cost slightly less, with the lowest priced season ticket being £170 (in Band 6) while the cheapest ticket for Under 18s is £109 (both Band 6 and Band 5).
Pricing from Band 4 and upwards is identical no matter if you are an Adult, Over 66, Under 21 or Under 18 so please bear that in mind when purchasing as costs can get pretty high in the higher bands (especially for families).
Can you buy West Ham tickets if you’re a tourist?
Yes, but the Hammers’ have made purchases exclusive to their official International Ticket and Hospitality Reseller P1 Travel.
If you are visiting from abroad and you want to watch West Ham, you will need to visit P1 Travel’s website in order to secure yourself a ticket.
Be warned – prices do vary significantly depending on the number of tickets available for any given fixture so expect to pay anything between €39 to over €100. Again, as mentioned above, you will have more of a chance of securing a seat if you purchase many weeks in advance of the match. The closer you get to matchday, the higher the amount you will have to pay.
What about disabled supporters’ tickets and access?
To buy an accessibility ticket, you will first need to register the accessibility supporter with the club and supply the correct supporting documentation. The following forms of evidence are accepted by West Ham:
- Disability Living Allowance
- Personal Independent Payment at the higher/enhanced rate for mobility/care/daily living component.
- Attendance Allowance at the higher rate for mobility or care.
- A CVI or GP/Hospital confirmation needs to be submitted for those partially sighted or hard of hearing.
The above documents need to be emailed to accessibility@westhamunited.co.uk or sent to the club by letter.
There is a limited amount of accessible seating, with 262 wheelchair-accessible viewing spaces at the London Stadium, with 24 at an elevated level.
Can you buy tickets for West Ham away games?
There is high demand for away tickets, and these will be made available first to “bondholders” and those with season tickets based on the “Priority Points” system.
When 90% are sold, the last 10% will go into a ballot for season ticket holders who have not yet bought any tickets for that fixture.
If tickets are still not sold out, those who have a Claret membership will get the chance to purchase on a first come first serve basis. Premier League rules mean the ticket prices for away fixtures are capped at £30.
Additional information about away ticket availability can be found here.
