West Ham V Arsenal: Match Preview, Where To Watch, Predicted XI And Betting Odds

West Ham manager David Moyes will be hoping for a reaction from his players after a disappointing performance against Manchester United last weekend.

The Hammers’ form in recent weeks has been pretty disappointing and they will be facing Arsenal on Sunday, who are the last team they beat almost six weeks ago.

In terms of team news, Michail Antonio is still not available despite returning to training this week after three months on the sidelines with a knee problem, but Alphonse Areola is expected to be in contention despite sustaining a head injury versus Man United.

The clash against Arsenal has, though, come too soon for Lucas Paqueta, who needs more time to recover from a calf problem.

West Ham’s Predicted XI To Play Arsenal:

Areola, Coufal, Zouma, Aguerd, Emerson, Soucek, Alvarez, Phillips, Kudus, Bowen, Ward-Prowse

Arsenal are expected to have Gabriel Jesus (knee) and Takehiro Tomiyasu (international duty) back available, but Thomas Partey (thigh), Oleksandr Zinchenko (calf), Fabio Vieira (groin) and Jurrien Timber (ACL) are ruled out.

There was some concern about Bukayo Saka’s fitness after he picked up a knock against Liverpool. He was forced off in the second half of the 3-1 win last Sunday but the winger is expected to be fit.

Arsenal’s Predicted XI:

Raya, White, Saliba, Gabriel, Tomiyasu, Odegaard, Jorginho, Rice, Saka, Jesus, Martinelli

Betting Odds

The Gunners are the favourites for this game with bookmakers Betway pricing them at 11/20 odds-on to secure the three points. A draw is 17/5 with Betfair while a victory for West Ham is 5/1 at Bet 365.

Predicted Score – 1-1

Where to watch the game in the UK
