West Ham supporters are reeling from the shocking 5-0 home defeat to Liverpool at the weekend and many want chairman David Sullivan to sack Julen Lopetegui and hire a replacement.
Graham Potter has been out of work for over eighteen months since leaving Chelsea and some feel he would be a good candidate to take over the reins at the London Stadium.
While not everyone agrees that Potter would be a perfect fit, most fans on X believe he would be a big improvement on Lopetegui:
I’ve wanted him since last season.

Sullivan to to tight to make the change. West Ham will always miss the boat. Potter will end up at Spurs.

I don’t know if Potter is the answer but it is clear Lopetegui isn’t

Potter has been linked with several jobs
The Hammers are one of a number of teams that the former Brighton boss has been tipped to manage over the past few months.
Wolves and Leicester also reportedly considered Potter but they ultimately decided to appoint Vitor Pereira and Ruud van Nistelrooy respectively.
If Tottenham do decide to part ways with Ange Postecoglou then he would likely be a candidate for that position as well.
What is the likelihood of West Ham sacking their manager?
Bookmakers currently have Lopetegui as odds-on to be the next Premier League coach fired but sources from inside the club claim that Sullivan won’t wield the axe quite yet.
If the Irons suffer another heavy loss to Manchester City on Saturday, the pressure to get rid of Lopetegui from the fanbase will be massive.
