West Ham are interested in signing Manchester United forward Anthony Martial, according to Caught Offside.
The website claims that the Frenchman is ready to turn down lucrative moves to Saudi Arabia in order to remain in Europe.
It is believed that the Hammers, Inter Milan and Fenerbahce are the three clubs likeliest to make approaches for Martial, but there has been a mixed response to the news among fans on X:

West Ham may wait until the summer to make their move for Martial
Manchester United are open to selling the 28-year-old this month but, with his contract expiring at the end of the season, teams may wait to sign him.
Caught Offside report that it is more likely that David Moyes’ side will look to secure Martial’s services when he becomes a free agent in July.
Will the Irons pursue other forwards in January?
At the moment, it looks more likely that West Ham will buy a winger rather than a No.9 this month. Sunderland’s Jack Clarke, Norwich City’s Jonathan Rowe, Arsenal’s Reiss Nelson and Juventus’s Samuel Iling-Junior are all thought to be on the club’s radar.
You can’t completely rule out a move for a striker. Feyenoord’s Santiago Gimenez has been linked in recent days but his asking price is expected to be in excess of £40m..
