‘No Way We’re Getting A Better RB’ ‘Put At Least £15M On The Table’ Fans Urge West Ham To Pay Target’s Asking Price

West Ham have agreed personal terms with Manchester United defender Aaron Wan-Bissaka, according to Sky Germany reporter Florian Plettenberg.

However, the journalist claims there is still a significant gap between the two clubs when it comes to the right back’s price tag:

Supporters on X are hoping that West Ham do decide to match (or at least get close to) the reported £18m valuation:

Why have West Ham only offered £10m?

The 26-year-old has less than a year left on his contract so the Hammers are hoping they can force Man United into selling the player for a cut-price deal before the transfer window closes later this month.

They are also aware that the Red Devils have lined up a move for Bayern Munich’s Noussair Mazraoui but they need to ensure that Wan-Bissaka is off the club’s books first.

Agreeing personal terms with Wan-Bissaka is positive news

It had been reported by journalist David Ornstein that the fullback had rejected a transfer to the London Stadium earlier in the summer.

If Plettenberg’s reporting is accurate, it seems like Wan-Bissaka has had a change of heart about making the switch to West Ham.
