5) Kevin De Bruyne (Manchester City) – 16/1

The Belgian has been struggling with a groin injury for several weeks so he isn’t a particularly likely winner at the moment.

Even so, if De Bruyne can return to peak condition and sustain his fitness for the rest of the season, he could yet find his top form once again.

It is not wise to bet against a 2-time Player of the Year, although the fact that he is now 33 years of age means some believe his best days may be behind him.

De Bruyne’s contract expires at the end of the season so he will be determined to go out on a high if he does leave the Etihad.
