West Ham right-back Ryan Fredericks is weighing up whether to leave the London club next month, according to reports in England.
The fullback has fallen behind both Vladimir Coufal and Ben Johnson in the pecking order under manager David Moyes and he has also struggled with fitness issues this season.
While some supporters on Twitter think Fredericks is a decent player, most agree that the fullback’s inability to stay fit means it would be wiser to let him go:
The way our injury list is going it would be daft letting him go

The thing is he always seems to be on injury list

Shame. Good player who has never let the side down. Would be a great addition to any team.

A sensible saving on wages, I like the bloke but can’t stay fit long enough

I rate him

He is a nice chap, but now our fourth choice right back.

Fredericks was on the bench for the 2-1 defeat to Tottenham in the Carabao Cup on Wednesday night but he has only made the matchday squad in the Premier League on six occasions this campaign, both due to injuries and because of Moyes favouring other options.
At 29 years of age, the defender may feel it is better to leave so he can get more game time elsewhere, but we shall see whether the Hammers do decide to sanction a move.
