West Ham have an interest in AC Milan playmaker Suso, according to reports in Italy.
The former Liverpool star scored eight goals and provided nine assists in 41 games last season, but despite being an important first team player, the Rossoneri are keen to free up funds for other purchases.
Millan are said to be prepared to sell Suso for between €25m (£22m) and €30m (£27m) despite the Spaniard having a €38m (£34m) release clause.
Some supporters on Twitter are intrigued by the prospect of signing the attacking midfielder, while others think the Hammers don’t need another winger:
That would be a incredible signing if we were to pull that off very talented player ??

Think we’re pretty covered for attacking midfielders now. Just need a striker & a DM/DC that can cover both positions.

Seems crazy as we have so many midfielders now. Are we looking to move on more? Diangana and snodgrass will struggle to get any game time. Holland and the the youngsters will really struggle for any time at all.

Can see where the links and interest comes from though. Exactly the type of player MP loves coming in from the right. Qualifies as a Home-grown player because he came through the Liverpool academy. If interest from Crystal Palace in Antonio comes true this could be interesting.

The 25-year-old is also apparently attracting interest from the likes of Arsenal, Tottenham and Atletico Madrid, but it appears West Ham would only consider a loan deal for the player, going by the reliable Twitter source ExWHUEmployee.
Even then, a move seems unlikely, considering the host of options the Irons have in wide areas, including Michail Antonio, Robert Snodgrass, Felipe Anderson and Andriy Yarmolenko.
