Molinari went 5-0-0 in his matches during the Ryder Cup. He has had a tremendous year after also winning the Open Championship at Carnoustie back in July.
Hammers boss Manuel Pellegrini will be hoping for a similar winning record after the international break. The London club’s mini-revival was halted after a 1-0 defeat to Brighton last Friday.
They will face Tottenham at the London Stadium on Saturday week, before games against Leicester City and Burnley either side of another game against Spurs in the Carabao Cup.
The club will also have another difficult game following the next round of international games. They will face Manchester City at home.
