West Ham Will Have To See Off SIX Rivals If They Want To Sign 6ft 2 Centre Back

West Ham will have to see off competition from six other clubs, including Tottenham, if they want to sign Spezia centre-back Jakub Kiwior in January, according to reports in the Spanish media.

The 6ft 2 defender played the full 90 minutes as Poland drew 0-0 against Mexico in the World Cup on Tuesday and his performances are drawing plenty of admirers.

In addition to the two Premier League clubs, Atletico Madrid, Juventus, AC Milan, Roma and Villarreal are also believed to be interested in the 22-year-old.

Hammers boss David Moyes will almost certainly be in the market for a centre-half in the New Year. Not only is Craig Dawson expected to leave the London Stadium, but Kurt Zouma has now been sidelined with an injury.

It was originally predicted that the Frenchman would return against Arsenal when the Premier League resumes action on Boxing Day, but it has now been confirmed that he has undergone knee surgery. It means a move for Kiwior is increasingly likely.
