West Ham V Manchester United: Match Preview, Predicted XI And Betting Odds

West Ham come into Sunday’s match against Manchester United off the back of a very positive performance in Zagreb. The 2-0 win over Dinamo shows the Hammers are no slouches on the European stage.

In contrast, their opponents on Sunday suffered a surprising loss to Young Boys in the Champions League during the week. West Ham will be hoping they can inflict a second defeat on the Red Devils in the space of five days.

Manager David Moyes will, though, be without Michail Antonio after the forward was sent off in the 0-0 draw against Southampton last weekend. Winston Reid is also unavailable due to a knee injury.

West Ham’s Predicted XI To Face Manchester United:

Areola, Coufal, Zouma, Ogbonna, Cresswell, Soucek, Fornals, Rice, Vlasic, Bowen, Benrahma

United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has doubts over the match fitness of Edinson Cavani, Phil Jones, Alex Telles (ankle) and Scott McTominay (groin), while Marcus Rashford (shoulder) and Amad Diallo (thigh) are both still sidelined.

Manchester United’s Predicted XI:

De Gea, Wan-Bissaka, Varane, Maguire, Shaw, Fred, Fernandes, Pogba, Greenwood, Ronaldo, Sancho

The bookmakers have made the away side the favourites with William Hill pricing them at 4/5 odds-on for the win. A draw is 3/1 with Betway while a victory for West Ham is currently 18/5 at Betfred.

Predicted Score – 1-1
