West Ham United have just one injury concern for their game against the Toon. Star summer signing Gianluca Scamacca is a doubt, as he is currently suffering from a knee injury – currently, it looks to be 50/50 as to whether he’ll play or not.

In their last game, West Ham picked up a massive victory as they defeated fellow relegation rivals Southampton by a score of 1-0. It was a poor game, where neither side looked effective going forward – nevertheless, the Hammers claimed the three points thanks to a first-half header from Nayef Aguerd.

Newcastle were also victorious in their last Premier League fixture, as they defeated Manchester United by a score of 2-0 in a rematch of the 2023 League Cup final. The Magpies dominated the proceedings, with former Arsenal player Joe Willock and Callum Wilson both getting their names on the scoresheet.

The last time the two teams met, the scores ended level at 1-1. Callum Wilson opened the scoring early on – however, West Ham fought back to level the scores thanks to Lucas Paqueta.
