West Ham Tracking £44m Rated Italian International But Face Major Competition From 2 Italian Giants

West Ham retain an interest in Torino forward Andrea Belotti, according to reports in Italy. The Hammers have been linked with the 26-year-old in previous transfer windows and it seems they are still tracking the Italian international.

The London club will, however, face competition from Napoli and Roma for the striker’s signature, with the Partenopei, in particular, considering a move for the player as a replacement for the departing Arkadiusz Milik.

Belotti has been in decent form for Torino this campaign, having scored 15 goals in all competitions, but he has a hefty price tag with reports suggesting that he could cost in the region of €40m (£35.3m) to €50m (£44m).

Of course, West Ham would only consider a move fo such a player if they stay in the Premier League and most likely if they offload Sebastien Haller as well. The Frenchman has been disappointing since arriving from Frankfurt for £45m last summer and Belotti could be seen as a possible replacement.
