West Ham are interested in Real Madrid attacking midfielder Brahim Diaz, according to reports in the English media.
The 20-year-old moved to the Bernabeu from Manchester City for a fee in the region of £15m in January 2019 but he has struggled for game time at the La Liga side since his arrival.
Real boss Zinedine Zidane only used Diaz sparingly last season, with six substitute appearances in the league. The Spanish Under 21 international only made one start, which came in the Copa Del Rey back in February.
Hammers boss David Moyes is keen to add younger players to his squad, and with the likes of Felipe Anderson and Manuel Lanzini potentially being sold, there could be room for more than one playmaker.
In addition to Diaz, West Ham are also reportedly pursuing QPR’s Eberechi Eze, while Brentford winger Said Benrahma is also believed to be on the London club’s radar.
