West Ham Plot Moves For Chelsea And Arsenal Stars As Moyes Looks To Strengthen Problem Position

West Ham are interested in Chelsea‘s Emerson Palmieri and Arsenal’s Sead Kolasinac as they look to improve their options at left-back, according to reports in England.

Both Aaron Cresswell and Arthur Masuaku have been performing poorly and many supporters have been calling on manager David Moyes to find replacements for the pair.

It looks as though the Hammers are prioritising a move for Emerson at the moment. The Italian international has been deemed surplus requirements by Chelsea after the arrival of Ben Chilwell from Leicester City but he has also been heavily linked with Inter Milan. It remains to be seen whether the 26-year-old would be an affordable signing with some reports suggesting he could cost as much as £23m.

The alternative being eyed is Kolasinac and, while he may be a cheaper option, it is believed that the Bosnian international is keen on returning to Germany with his former club Schalke said to be interested in snapping him up on loan.
