West Ham Now Interested In TWO Chelsea Players Ahead Of The Summer Transfer Window

Chelsea are weighing up moves for Chelsea pair Tammy Abraham and Marc Guehi at the end of the season, according to The Athletic.

The website claims that the Hammers have been put off by Abraham’s £40m valuation but it won’t deter them from making a bid to sign the 23-year-old on a season-long loan instead.

However, there is an extra complication in the fact that Chelsea would want Abraham to sign a new contract before going out on a temporary basis, and with the player keen on leaving Stamford Bridge permanently, that could prove to be difficult.

The interest in Guehi is a new development. The centre-back has had a good season on loan with Swansea in the Championship but the Blues are apparently open to selling the England Under 21 international for £15m to £20m, if a buyback clause is included.

Currently, West Ham are not seen as the favourites for the 20-year-old, with Crystal Palace, Southampton and Borussia Monchengladbach all said to be leading the race for the defender.
