West Ham are interested in signing Porto winger Jesus Corona, according to A Bola. The Portuguese tabloid claims the Mexican international is also interesting the likes of Everton, Schalke, Valencia and Sevilla.
However, despite the need for Porto to sell players, the Primeira Liga side are said to be determined to keep hold of the 27-year-old. It is believed they will not accept a bid below his €50m (£44m) release clause.
Corona has been in excellent form this season, having scored two goals and provided an impressive 17 assists in 41 appearances for Porto.
He has been mostly used as a right-back by manager Sergio Conceicao, and that is likely the position the Hammers are looking to strengthen in the summer.
Even so, Corona is also able to play a number of other positions, including right-wing and left-wing, which would make him a useful utility player, in the mould of someone like Michail Antonio.
