West Ham interest in Torino striker Andrea Belotti is concrete, according to reports in Italy.
The Hammers are seeking a potential replacement for Marko Arnautovic and it appears the Italian is one of their prime targets.
Belotti would not be sold at a low price, though, with Torino expected to demand €45m (£39.2m) for the 25-year-old.
The forward had a superb season two years ago when he scored 28 goals in all competitions. His performances were attracting the likes of Chelsea at the time with a price tag in excess of £100m.
Since then, though, Belotti’s stock has lowered with goals having been less plentiful over the last two campaigns.
He hit 13 goals for Torino in the 2017/18 season, and he has scored nine goals in 22 appearances so far this campaign.
If Arnautovic stays put this month, it’s unlikely a move for Belotti will be made but the Irons will still be keeping tabs on possible replacements for the Austrian.
