West Ham Could Be Planning Swoop For TWO Chilean Forwards (One Is A Former Arsenal Player)

West Ham are interested in both Inter Milan forward Alexis Sanchez and Blackburn’s Ben Brereton-Diaz, according to reports in the Argentinian media.

The two players have been linked with moves to the London Stadium previously and it remains to be seen whether the Hammers are keen on signing the pair of them, or if one will be signed over the other.

The two Chilean internationals have had contrasting seasons. Brereton-Diaz has bagged 20 goals in 26 appearances for Blackburn in the Championship, with a price tag reportedly above £30m.

Sanchez, in contrast, has had a harder time of things at Inter. The former Arsenal and Manchester United star has only started five league games under manager Simone Inzaghi this campaign.

He would likely cost a lot less than Brereton-Diaz, but the 33-year-old would reportedly still want a wage in the region of €8m a year (which is approximately £128,000 a week). We shall have to wait and see whether either player ends up joining the Irons.
