West Ham are interested in signing Real Betis attacking midfielder Nabil Fekir, according to reports in the Spanish media.
The Hammers have struggled with creating chances in the final third of the pitch and it appears as though the London club are considering Fekir as a potential solution.
However, David Moyes’s side are not the only Premier League club pursuing the playmaker, with Arsenal and Newcastle also said to be keeping tabs on his performances this season.
The Magpies are believed to be the likeliest to make a formal approach for the 29-year-old, with it being said that they are lining up a €45m (£39m) offer for the midfielder.
Considering West Ham snapped up Lucas Paqueta from Lyon for £51m in the summer, it’s hard to see them spending a sizeable sum on a similar player, but we shall see how this transfer story unfolds in the coming weeks and months.
