West Ham Among Four Clubs In Talks To Sign Israeli Marksman

West Ham have held talks about signing Sevilla striker Munas Dabbur, according to reports in Italy. The Hammers are believed to see the Israeli international as a possible alternative if they can’t land Chelsea’s Olivier Giroud.

The forward only signed from Red Bull Salzburg in July, and he has scored three goals and provided two assists in nine appearances for Sevilla, but he has managed just two appearances in the league under manager Julen Lopetegui.

Dabbur does, however, have a number of suitors. It is believed Besiktas have already held discussions with the 27-year-old’s agent, Milos Malenovic, while Sporting Lisbon and Bordeaux have both signalled their interest in signing him on loan until the end of the season.

Irons boss David Moyes is said to be very keen on strengthening his forward line in order to provide strong backup for Sebastien Haller, but it remains to be seen whether Dabbur emerges as the club’s number one target this month.
