WATCH: This Fan Asks Whether These 6 West Ham Players Have Actually Regressed Under Pellegrini

The disappointing 2-0 defeat to Wolves on Wednesday night has once again raised questions over West Ham boss Manuel Pellegrini’s long term future at the club.

This supporter believes a number of players, such as Sebastien Haller, Andriy Yarmolenko, Issa Diop, Fabian Balbuena, Declan Rice and Manuel Lanzini have regressed under Chilean. He thinks the Hammers board should not wait to dispense with the current manager:

In Haller’s case, it would be very harsh to say Pellegrini is at fault for the Frenchman’s poor form. Also, with regards to Rice, the Chilean was the man who gave the youngster his chance as a regular in midfield.

However, with likes of Lanzini and Diop, he could have a point. Other managers, like Brendan Rodgers, are renowned for their ability to improve players, but it does appear some of the club’s top talent has gotten worse under Pellegrini’s management.

Whether that will come into consideration in the board’s deliberations over the manager’s future, we shall have to wait and see.
