‘Very High On The List’ Manager Reveals West Ham Have Prioritised The Signing Of 50M Rated Senegalese Ace

West Ham have already held talks about signing Slavia Prague forward Abdallah Sima, according to the Czech club’s manager Jindrich Trpisovsky.

The Senegalese international has been linked to a number of English clubs, including Arsenal and Manchester United, but Trpisovsky says discussions have already taken place with the Hammers, who see him as a priority target:

“There is interest in Abdallah Sima. There’s a set price at which he could leave. We focus on managing the rest of the season with us. We also talked about it with the boys from West Ham, where they have him very high on the list of possible reinforcements.”

That asking price, which Trpisovsky mentions, is believed to be £50m, and it remains to be seen whether West Ham could reduce that amount, considering their excellent relationship with Slavia’s board.

Competition for the 19-year-old’s signature may make that difficult to achieve, especially with reports suggesting that Juventus and Paris Saint-Germain are also involved in the battle for the winger.

Sima is said to favour a move to the Premier League, though, but his price tag would effectively make him a more expensive option than another target, Chelsea’s Tammy Abraham, who is thought to be valued at £40m.
