West Ham are weighing up a move for Arsenal striker Folarin Balogun, according to ExWHUEmployee.
The Hammers insider was responding to a tweet from a supporter, asking about the club’s interest in the American international, when he said:
Mentioned him in last night’s update 👍🏻 https://t.co/8i2O5ATb1g

While some fans on X believe Balogun would be a great addition to the squad, most believe that the club won’t be able to match the forward‘s asking price:
Would be an unreal signing

Arsenal are expected to demand a sizeable sum for Balogun
It has been reported that the Gunners want around £45m to £50m for the 22-year-old, who scored 21 goals for Stade de Reims during a loan spell last season.
The asking price is believed to have put off the likes of Inter and AC Milan already, so we shall see whether West Ham are prepared to pay such an amount.
A bid may depend on whether Scamacca departs
The Italian international has been heavily linked with a move back to Italy, just a year after joining from Sassuolo.
Roma and Inter are both said to be keen on Scamacca and, if either club do make an offer that satisfies the Hammers’ demands, it may then lead the London club to make an approach for Balogun as they search for a replacement.
