2) Adam Bogdan (Bolton and Liverpool)
The Hungarian replaced Jussi Jaaskelainen in goal for Bolton during large parts of the 2011/12 season due to the Finnish international suffering from injury problems. He played 20 games for the Trotters, conceding five against Chelsea and letting in a goal from Everton keeper Tim Howard.
He was not a regular starter following the club’s relegation to the Championship but he still managed to get a switch to Liverpool in 2015. With the Reds, he made a number of errors, including one on his Premier League debut. He dropped a ball from a corner leading to Watford to score their opener in a 3-0 win. He managed only one more league start but he actually only left Merseyside on a permanent basis last summer after a number of loan spells away from Anfield.
