5) Tony Warner (Fulham)
After coming through the youth ranks at Liverpool, he made a name for himself as a solid keeper at Millwall. It led to a move to Craven Cottage in 2007 which he will want to forget.
His worst moment was when he dropped a throw-in which led to Bolton scoring. He then made another mistake versus Middlesbrough in the following game before losing his place in the side.
