Kevin De Bruyne (Manchester City) – 10th
The Belgian playmaker was integral to the Citizens lifting their fourth Premier League title in five years back in May.
It’s fair to say, though, that De Bruyne’s form has been less impressive during the 2022/23 season. While he continues to provide assists, left, right and centre, he has only found the back of the net himself five times this campaign.
The midfielder’s performances at the World Cup were also below par, and that contributed to Belgium’s early exit from the tournament.
