The Baggies spent £15m to sign the striker from Huddersfield in October but he has barely featured since February, with manager Sam Allardyce preferring January loan signing Mbaye Diagne instead.
Grant’s only goal for West Brom came in only his second league game for the club, scoring in a 1-1 draw with Brighton. He hasn’t hit the back of the net in his last 16 appearances.
