Sky Sports Pundit Predicts “Fans Favourite” To Score In West Ham’s Clash Against Palace

Charlie Nicholas is backing West Ham striker Sebastien Haller to score in this weekend’s game against Crystal Palace. The Sky Sports pundit says the Frenchman will become a favourite among supporters and he feels the current Hammers side is the best he has seen for a long time:

“It was a good point for West Ham at Bournemouth when normally they would have folded. This is the best West Ham side I have seen in a long while and I think Sebastian Haller will be the fans favourite, finding the net again.”

Nicholas has gone for a 3-1 win to the Irons, which seems a pretty sensible prediction, considering both West Ham’s home form, and the Eagles’ threat on the counter-attack.

It will certainly not be an easy game for Manuel Pellegrini‘s men by any means. Palace have made a habit of putting in good performances away from home in recent years, and have already won at Old Trafford this season.

Still, the Hammers have won both their home matches without conceding a goal since the opening day defeat to Manchester City, and they will want to keep up their good form at the London Stadium tomorrow evening.
