Arsenal have “no intention” of selling Eddie Nketiah to West Ham during the January transfer window, according to journalist Fabrizio Romano.
The Hammers were reportedly considering making an offer for the England Under 21 international but Romano has confirmed that the striker is very unlikely to leave the Emirates this month.

Nketiah is not believed to be West Ham’s number one target to replace Sebastien Haller anyway. Bournemouth’s Josh King is said to be the main priority, although the fact that he started for the Cherries in the 4-1 win over Oldham in the FA Cup yesterday suggests a move isn’t close to being finalised.
Stade de Reims’ Boulaye Dia is believed to be the other main alternative to the Norwegian international and Nketiah so it will be interesting to see whether a bid is made for the Senegalese international.
Irons boss David Moyes is thought to have the £20m from Haller’s sale available to him to spend before the window closes at the end of the month.
