REPORT: West Ham Set Asking Price For Manchester United Target

West Ham ARE ready to sell Declan Rice if a club makes an offer of £90m, according to the Claret & Hugh. The website claims Hammers boss David Moyes is ready to let the 21-year-old leave if the asking price is met.

Manchester United are the team who have been most heavily linked with the England international, but it remains to be seen whether the Red Devils would sanction a bid at a level the Irons would be prepared to accept.

It’s likely that the asking price has been set so high in order to ward off potential suitors but Moyes has made his intentions clear about Rice’s future in recent weeks.

The Scot has admitted that the money from the defensive midfielder’s sale could be used to reinvest in the squad, in the same way as when he allowed Wayne Rooney to move to Manchester United.

Even so, Rice is a key player for the Hammers and supporters would be very reluctant to see the academy graduate leave the London Stadium.
