REPORT: West Ham Have Identified THREE Targets To Replace Declan Rice

West Ham have considered at least three potential candidates to replace captain Declan Rice, if the 24-year-old leaves the London Stadium this summer, according to the Daily Mail.

The Hammers have identified PSV Eindhoven’s Ibrahim Sangare as an option. The Ivorian has been linked with Liverpool, Manchester United, Chelsea and Newcastle in the past, and there are reports that he could be available for a reasonable price due to a release clause.

Manchester City youngster Carlos Borges is another target. The Portuguese Under 19 international has yet to play a senior game for the Premier League champions but he has impressed at youth level.

Alex Scott of Bristol City is the third alternative, but the Robins are not expected to let him leave on the cheap, with a price tag currently set at £25m.

A lot, of course, depends on what happens to Rice. The club’s talisman is likely to have a number of suitors at the end of the season, with Arsenal the favourites to snap him up.
