West Ham and Nottingham Forest have both held talks with the agent of former Manchester United midfielder Marouane Fellaini, according to reports in Belgium.
The 35-year-old is currently playing in China for Shandong Taishan but it has been suggested that he could return to Europe during the January transfer window.
Manager David Moyes has signed Fellaini twice, both for Everton and Manchester United, and fans on Twitter are worried that he may look to reunite with his former player once again:
Please tell me this is a wind up!!!

If this is true there’s no doubt Moyes should be sacked

Club insiders have already poured cold water on these reports but, if claims about the club’s limited funds for January are true, you can’t completely rule out an approach for Fellaini.
Moyes will be looking to strengthen his options in the middle of the park but, with Hammers only sanctioning loans and low-cost permanent deals, his options will be limited. Fellaini could, therefore, be seen as a short-term fix.
