West Ham winger Grady Diangana continues to impress during his loan spell at West Brom. The 21-year-old provided an excellent assist for the Baggies’ opening goal against Bristol City.
The Hammers loanee backheeled a ball into the path of teammate Kieran Gibbs who slotted home to make it 1-0 in the 4-1 win on Wednesday night:

This loan spell is working out a treat. I thought he showed glimpses last season but lacked a final product lots of game time under a coach he knows and he’s flying. Don’t for god sake recall him. Let him finish the season there and come back pre season and challenge the 1st team

Some fans even want the winger recalled in the January transfer window:
That's exactly what we need now in the PL!

Manager Manuel Pellegrini has already said that the plan is for Diangana to play the whole season with West Brom in order to help his development.
The Chilean may not be still in charge at the turn of the year, though, so another manager may have a different opinion on the youngster’s future.
Diangana is undoubtedly a player with great potential, and if he does stay out on loan, he will certainly benefit by getting regular first-team action.
