New Twist Emerges In West Ham’s Attempts To Secure 131 Goal Forward On A Free

Torino striker Andrea Belotti may yet reconsider his decision to leave the Serie A side at the end of the season, according to reports in the Italian media.

The 27-year-old has been linked with West Ham, Tottenham and a number of other English clubs, including Arsenal, over the past few years.

With Belotti’s current deal at Torino coming to an end next June, it was expected that the Italian, who has scored 131 career goals, would be looking for a new challenge.

However, the forward has struck up a good relationship with head coach Ivan Juric and he is reluctant to leave a club that he holds close to his heart.

West Ham could do with a player of Belotti’s profile to help strengthen David Moyes’ options up front and, if the Italian international does end up leaving Torino on a free transfer, the Hammers will be near the front of the queue.
