Masuaku In And Cresswell Dropped: West Ham’s Predicted XI To Face Everton

West Ham do have some injury doubts heading into tomorrow’s match against Everton. Robert Snodgrass (calf) and Aaron Cresswell (knock) are said to be back in training, along with Declan Rice, but manager Manuel Pellegrini may not start all of them.

In defence, Arthur Masuaku may come in for Cresswell on the left-hand side, to strengthen the team’s attacking threat away from home. The Congolese international links up well with Felipe Anderson and his delivery could offer decent service to Sebastien Haller.

Issa Diop and Angelo Ogbonna are likely to continue as the club’s centre-backs despite conceding two goals in each of the last two games, with Ryan Fredericks favoured ahead of Pablo Zabaleta at right-back.

In midfield, the news that Rice has recovered from illness means he will almost certainly partner captain Mark Noble in the middle of the park. In form winger Andriy Yarmolenko will likely start on the right, with Anderson taking up his favoured role on the left-wing.

Manuel Lanzini did not go away on international duty, and it may have been a blessing as he looks to recover his form after a foot injury. The Argentine will probably keep his place ahead of Pablo Fornals in the no.10 role

Up front, Haller is a nailed-on starter as he looks to make it five goals from eight league starts for his new club.
