Manchester United V West Ham: Team News, Predicted XI And Betting Odds

West Ham manager David Moyes will be breathing a massive sigh of relief after their 3-1 victory against Watford last week all but sealed Premier League safety.

The Hammers are six points above the dropzone, with a vastly superior goal difference to Bournemouth and Aston Villa, heading into the final two fixtures.

Moyes will be going up against one of his former club’s when they face Manchester United at Old Trafford on Wednesday night. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side are still reeling from their disappointing 3-1 defeat to Chelsea in the FA Cup at the weekend.

In terms of team news, West Ham have two fitness concerns with Robert Snodgrass still a major doubt with a back injury. Ryan Fredericks is also unlikely to feature due to a calf strain.

West Ham’s Predicted XI To Face Manchester United:

Fabianski, Johnson, Diop, Ogbonna, Cresswell, Soucek, Rice, Noble, Bowen, Antonio, Fornals

United have four players sidelined ahead of Wednesday’s game. Luke Shaw is a doubt with an ankle problem, while Phil Jones (knee), Eric Bailly (head) and Axel Tuanzebe are all ruled out.

Manchester United’s Predicted XI:

De Gea, Wan-Bissaka, Lindelof, Maguire, Williams, McTominay, Fernandes, Pogba, Greenwood, Martial, Rashford

The bookmakers have made United the favourites to get the three points with Sky Bet pricing them at 1/4. A draw is currently 23/4 with Unibet while a Hammers win is 12/1 at BetVictor.

Predicted Score – 1-1
