Leicester V West Ham: Team News, Predicted XI And Betting Odds

West Ham manager David Moyes would have been delighted by the 4-0 win over Wolves last weekend, although he would have been very disappointed with how the second string side performed against Everton in the Carabao Cup.

The Hammers face a very confident Leicester team tomorrow, who are coming into the game off the back of a shock 5-2 win over Manchester City so this will be a very difficult fixture.

In terms of team news, right-back Ryan Fredericks has been ruled out until after the next international break with a hamstring injury. Issa Diop will be back in contention, though, after his positive test for COVID-19.

West Ham’s Predicted XI To Face Leicester:

Fabianski, Johnson, Diop, Ogbonna, Cresswell, Masuaku, Rice, Soucek, Bowen, Antonio, Fornals

Foxes boss Brendan Rodgers should have Jonny Evans (calf) and Demarai Gray (illness) back available, while Jamie Vardy (hip) is also expected to be fit. Cengiz Under is in line to make the squad for the first time after completing his move from Roma.

Dennis Praet is a doubt due to a knee problem while Wilfred Ndidi (thigh), Filip Benkovic (hip) and Ricardo Pereira (knee) are all ruled out.

Leicester’s Predicted XI:

Schmeichel, Castagne, Evans, Soyuncu, Justin, Mendy, Maddison, Tielemans, Perez, Vardy, Barnes

The bookmakers have made Leicester favourites with William Hill pricing them at 7/10 odds-on to win. A draw is 16/5 with Betway while a West Ham victory is 17/4 at Bet365.

Predicted Score – 3-1 to Leicester
